Triple alumna Allison Lausas to serve as VP and Chief Accounting Officer for IDEX Corporation

Allison Lausas joined IDEX Corporation as vice president and chief accounting officer, reporting to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer William Grogan. IDEX is a global corporation with businesses in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Lausas is responsible for the leadership, development and execution of IDEX’s global accounting function, corporate financial planning and analysis and investor relations. She joins IDEX from SunCoke Energy, Inc. where she was most recently the interim senior vice president, chief financial officer and controller. Lausas joined SunCoke Energy in 2011 as the manager of Security and Exchange Commission reporting and quickly took on roles of escalating responsibility leading to her becoming chief accounting officer in 2014. At SunCoke Energy, she had progressive growth and expansion of responsibilities and gained additional experience leading the corporation’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax and Treasury functions.

Prior to SunCoke Energy, she worked for KPMG from 2002 to 2011, leaving as a senior audit manager. At KPMG, she developed extensive business and accounting experience by leading integrated audits for large global public and private companies primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries.

Lausas’s extensive technical and analytical capabilities will be an asset as IDEX ramps its capital deployment efforts. A Certified Public Accountant, she has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Master of Accounting Science and MBA from Northern Illinois University.
