The last year has been a busy time for Barsema Hall’s De La Vega Innovation Lab.
Collaborative events – such as Ideapalooza, our Young Trailblazers Panel, our Military and Veteran Student Life hackathon, and our Growth Hacking Challenge – brought students from across campus and experts from campus and beyond to the lab.
The De La Vega Innovation Lab is a collaboration hub that connects students, alumni, faculty and external partners in innovation and entrepreneurial pursuits. Within the lab, students from across campus can engage in collaborative and creative processes and find the resources they need to accelerate business or innovative ventures.
Through the generosity and foresight of Maria and Ralph De La Vega, MBA ’89, the NIU College of Business launched the De La Vega Innovation Lab in 2021. Read more about Maria and Ralph De La Vega.
